This year has been really hard on all of us, hasn't it?
We know from speaking to some of our counselling clients in our private practice that there's a lot of anxiety creeping about returning to the 'real' world when lockdown is over. Coming out of lockdown can feel a little overwhelming so we've put together our best hints, tips and strategies to get you through.
